Contractor’s Management Personnel. Contractor shall employ a competent person or persons who will be present at the Project Site during the progress of the Work to supervise or oversee the work. The competent persons are subject to the approval of ODR. Contractor shall not change approved staff during the course of the project without the written approval of ODR unless the staff member leaves the employment of Contractor. Contractor shall provide additional quality control, safety and other staff as stated in the Contract Documents.

Contractor’s management personnel are subject to the approval of OCM, and shall be removed and replaced at the request of OCM. Contractor shall not change approved staff during the course of the Project without the written approval of OCM unless the staff member leaves the employment of Contractor in which case Contractor shall notify OCM and appoint an approved replacement as soon as reasonably possible. Contractor shall provide additional quality control, safety, and other staff as may be stated in the Contract Documents or as may be necessary or advisable for completion of the Work.
