Container Colors and Labeling. New and replacement Contractor-provided Recycling Carts shall be blue, Compostables Carts shall be green, and Garbage Carts shall be xxxx. Detachable Containers used for Garbage shall be xxxx and all Detachable Containers used for Recyclables shall be blue. The color requirements apply to both Cart bodies and lids, but not Commercial Container lids. Containers requiring repainting, including Containers damaged by graffiti, shall be repainted within one week of verbal, written, or e-mail notification by the City or Customer. The City may direct changes to cart colors at any time prior to the Contractor ordering initial or replacement carts provided the new direction from the City does not require replacement of existing inventories and the cost per unit does not increase to the Contractor. Specific Container colors shall be approved by the City prior to the Contractor’s order of new Containers. All Containers shall be labeled with up-to-date instructional information and contact information prior to delivery, including both a customer service phone number and a website address. All label designs shall be approved by the City prior to ordering by the Contractor. The location of the label on the Containers shall be subject to the City’s prior approval. Labels shall be replaced by the Contractor at no additional charge when faded, damaged, out-of-date, or upon City or Customer request.

Container Colors and Labeling. The City will provide the contractor with the current inventory of garbage carts. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to adhere labels to the carts, reflecting the change in service provider. The labels should denote that the cart is for garbage and contain a list of excluded items or items that can be recycled. Contractor-provided Carts and Detachable Containers for Recyclables shall be blue, Compostables Carts shall be tan, and Carts and Detachable Containers for Garbage shall be green. Specific Container colors shall be approved in writing by the City prior to the Contractor’s order of new Containers. All Containers shall be labeled with instructional information and contact information that include both a customer service phone number and website address. All labels shall be approved by the City prior to ordering by the Contractor. Location of the label on Containers shall be subject to the City’s prior approval. Labels shall be redone when faded, damaged, or upon the City or customer request. Should any changes be made to the Garbage, Recycling, or Compostables collection program, the Contractor at their sole expense shall reproduce and reaffix labels on all Containers. All Detachable Containers and Drop-box Containers to be used for Garbage or Recyclables collection shall have materials preparation instructions and telephone/contact information, including both a customer service phone number and a website address, printed on a sticker, and subject to the prior written approval of the City. All Detachable Containers and Drop-box Containers to be used for Garbage or Recyclables shall have a sticker affixed that states: “Leaky dumpster? Damaged Lid?” and provides a phone number to call for repair or replacement. Information shall be printed in a size that is easily read by the users, on durable UV-resistant label stock squarely affixed to each Container. All labels shall be approved in writing by the City prior to ordering by the Contractor. Location of the label on the Containers shall be subject to the City’s prior written approval. Containers used for the collection of Recyclables from Multifamily Complex and Commercial Customers shall be relabeled by the Contractor if labels fade or are unreadable, or upon City’s request for any individual Container.
Container Colors and Labeling. All new Containers (excluding Roll-off Bins) placed in service after July 1, 2023 for all Accounts shall comply with color and labeling requirements specified in 14 CCR Section 18984.7 and 14 CCR Section 18984.8 respectively. Nothing in this Section shall require Franchisee to replace any functional Containers, including Containers purchased prior to July 1, 2023, that do not comply with the color requirements of this Section prior to the end of the useful life of those containers, or prior to January 1, 2036, whichever comes first.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Storage of Materials Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.

  • Manufacturing Rights (a) If Tesla fails to supply Product ordered by ViewRay in accordance with the Section 3.3, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement regarding the quantity or quality of Products supplied to ViewRay, then Tesla shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to remedy the problem or secure an alternative source of supply within [***] at no cost to ViewRay, and any such alternative source of supply shall be on terms substantially identical with the terms of this Agreement. If Tesla is unable to remedy the problem or secure an alternative source of supply within [***] after its initial failure to supply, then Tesla shall consult with ViewRay and the parties shall work together to remedy the problem. If Tesla is unable to remedy the supply problem after [***] (or longer as agreed in writing by the parties), commencing with the date upon which such failure to supply began, then ViewRay may at its option, and upon notice to Tesla, manufacture the Products itself or through a third party in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.10(b).
