Consultant's Qualifications. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant has the qualifications and skills necessary to perform the services under this Agreement in a competent and professional manner, and is able to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. Consultant shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws in the performance of its obligations hereunder, and all materials used by Consultant in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement shall not infringe upon any third party copyright, patent, trade secret or other proprietary right. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that failure to perform all the services required under this agreement constitutes a material breach of the Agreement.
Consultant's Qualifications. Services estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $100,000 per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $300,000 equivalent may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.7 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Consultant's Qualifications. The Contractor and the Consultant jointly ---------------------------- and severally represent and warrant that the Consultant is qualified to provide the Services contemplated hereby and that the Consultant has the necessary qualifications and expertise to perform and provide the Services required hereunder in a professional manner, in compliance with the highest ethical standards and all applicable laws and regulations. The Consultant covenants and agrees to provide the Services in a diligent, careful, skilful and efficient manner in keeping with the commercial standards of the Consultant's industry.
Consultant's Qualifications. Consultant warrants and represents that it has been regularly engaged in the business of energy awareness, energy education, or energy conservation programs for at least five years. The staffing plan is Consultant’s best estimate of what will be required to staff the Program. Provided, however, that should it become necessary for Consultant to devote additional resources not shown on the staffing plan in order to achieve compliance with this Agreement, Consultant shall do so at no additional charge to GCS.

Consultant's Qualifications. Services for research and training as well as other similar assignments that meet the criteria set out in paragraph 3.7 of the Consultant Guidelines, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with paragraph 3.7 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Consultant's Qualifications. Services for carrying out design works for dam rehabilitation works estimated to cost $150,000 equivalent in aggregate may be contracted on the basis of consultants’ qualifications in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.7 of the Consultants’ Guidelines.
Consultant's Qualifications. The Consultant firm should meet the following qualifications: ‒ The Consultant will be registered in the Republic of Serbia as a company specialized in computer training. ‒ The Consultant will undertake the obligation of providing the data on the competence for provision of the required services in the form of brochures, description of similar services (references) and qualifications (CVs) of its trainers. ‒ The Consultant will provide Curriculum Vitae of proposed trainer/trainers detailing the most relevant experience related to the assignment. ‒ The Consultant shall submit only one proposal, either individually or as a joint venture partner in another proposal. If a Consultant, including a joint venture partner, submits or participates in more than one proposal, all such proposals shall be disqualified. This does not, however, preclude a consulting firm to participate as a sub-consultant, or an individual to participate as a team member, in more than one proposal.
Consultant's Qualifications. On the effective date of this Agreement, and during the term of this Agreement, Consultant will be fully qualified and will have all approvals and registrations needed to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Consultant will have and maintain all licenses, permits, certificates and registrations needed to perform its Services pursuant to this Agreement.
Consultant's Qualifications. Consultant will submit a copy of her current State of Idaho certification and endorsement within thirty (30) days of thisagreement.
