Consortium Project Management. The Project shall be managed in accordance with the Consortium Project Management Work Package. A suitably experienced individual from within one of the Party’s Personnel shall be designated to act as Consortium Project Manager. The Parties agree that the role of the Consortium Project Manager will involve: acting as the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Body and performing all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreements and in this Agreement; monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations; keeping the address list of Parties and other contact persons updated and available; collecting, reviewing to verify consistency and submitting reports, other deliverables (including financial statements and related certifications) and specific requested documents to the Funding Body; transmitting documents and information connected with the Project to any other Parties concerned; recording Committees and memberships and documenting, storing and circulating amongst Parties any Committee procedures; and any other duties as listed in Schedule 3. The Consortium Project Manager shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party and shall not enlarge his or her role beyond the tasks specified in this Agreement. Each Party shall provide the Consortium Project Manager with such co-operation as he or she may reasonably require to enable him or her to perform its functions and the Party that engages the Consortium Project Manager from within its Personnel shall support the Consortium Project Manager to ensure that he or she can carry out his or her role successfully.

Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement.
