  • Each Party shall within 30 days of being admitted to the Project designate one of its Personnel as its Project Representative for the purpose of all Project affairs, which may or may not include taking on the role of Work Package Leader, and shall notify the Consortium Project Manager of that designation and any replacement of that representative from time to time.

  • Each Party shall provide the Consortium Project Manager with such co-operation as he or she may reasonably require to enable him or her to perform its functions and the Party that engages the Consortium Project Manager from within its Personnel shall support the Consortium Project Manager to ensure that he or she can carry out his or her role successfully.

  • Any Party wishing to make available additional Background for use in the Project after the date of this Agreement shall provide the Consortium Project Manager with a written description of the Background together with: details of any restrictions or encumbrances on the use of that Background and the category (A or B) that shall apply to such Background.

  • The Consortium Project Manager shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party and shall not enlarge his or her role beyond the tasks specified in this Agreement.

  • Each Party, including the Consortium Project Manager, shall ensure that the role of Project Representative is not vacant for more than 20 business days.

  • Each Publishing Party shall submit a copy of the proposed Publication in writing to each of the other Work Package Parties and to the Consortium Project Manager at least 30 days before the date of the proposed Publication.

Related to Consortium Project Manager

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Contractor Representative means any of the following:

  • Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.
