Confirmation of Registration. (The following Article is applicable to those professions regulated by the Regulated Health Professions Act only) An employee required to be certified under the RHPA shall provide to the Hospital within forty-five (45) calendar days of registration/renewal, evidence that her or his registration is in good standing and currently in effect. Where the Hospital uses an automated registration process, it is understood that such date may be later than the usual registration date.
