Upon satisfaction, the client will pay Xxxxx Xxxxxx Technology in full for the chosen package. With all installation, it is ideal to locate the antenna provided the highest interior part of the structure and preferable exterior to the structure, creating the most optimal line of sight. The hotspot itself should remain indoors at all times unless an IP67 rated housing is used; ● Plug the Hotspot into a 120V outlet; ● Connect the Hotspot to Host’s personal internet connection by providing a strong Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection; ● Download the free Helium App on Host’s android or IOS device to communicate with the Hotspot and begin the initial syncing to the Helium blockchain process; ● Notify HC of any operational issues with the Hotspot. Failure to do so within this 3-day period constitutes waiver of all claims against HC for the Hotspot and HC should have no further liability with respect to the Hotspot; During the Term of this Agreement and for one additional year after, Host shall: ● Not host any other Helium Hotspots at the Residence. Violation of this term shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement; and
