Period of Study definition

Period of Study means the academic cycle for your course of study. For most of our courses, this will be the standard academic year of September to June but there are non-standard course start dates.
Period of Study means any period for which Fees are paid and for the purpose of this Agreement the enrolment of the Student begins on the course start date stated in the Student’s offer of place and ends on the course end date stated in the Student’s offer of place.
Period of Study means, in relation to a program of study, a period described in subsection 7 (2);

Examples of Period of Study in a sentence

  • Student Record Register shall contain details like Serial No.; Student Name; Student ID; Course Name; Period of Study; Assignment/Test paper/Model Exam Nos.

  • Renewal of this Agreement is at the sole and absolute discretion of the School and is subject to satisfactory performance and attendance by the Student, the issue of an offer of place for a further Period of Study and the payment of Fees.

  • The conditions in this Agreement apply for the whole time the Student is enrolled at the School during a Period of Study.

  • The Fee must be paid to the School in advance of each Period of Study or as otherwise directed by the School.

  • If Tuition is terminated by the School during a Period of Study, in accordance with the Act and the Code, any refund of the Fee applicable to that Period of Study will be assessed in accordance with school policies.


More Definitions of Period of Study

Period of Study except in Parts II, IV and V means–
Period of Study means the period of time that an educational institution considers to be a normal school year for a program of study;

Period of Study means the period beginning with the start of the course of study and ending with the last day of the course or such earlier date as the student abandons it or is dismissed from it; but any period of attendance by the student at his educational establishment, or any period of study undertaken by the student, in connection with the course which occurs before or after the period of the course shall be treated as part of the period of study;
