Completion of Assignments. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period required for the completion of any Assignment, including required extensions thereto, unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Completion of Assignments. Upon completing the Assignment (or, if so envisaged under the respective Assignment Order, the part of the Assignment), the Contractor shall issue to the Company a signed Acceptance Deed. The Acceptance Deed shall include information and, where applicable, supporting documentation with respect to the completed Assignment (or its part). Upon receipt of the Acceptance Deed, the Company shall review the submitted Acceptance Deed and, where relevant, the supporting documentation, and either (i) approve the Acceptance Deed by co-signing it or (ii) reject the Acceptance Deed and inform the Contractor on the reasons of such rejection. When the reasons for rejection are eliminated/rectified by the Contractor, the Contractor re-submits the Acceptance Deed for review and approval of the Company.
Completion of Assignments. An employee who accepts a Long or Short Assignment cannot commence another such assignment until the employee’s existing assignment is completed.
Completion of Assignments. If needed I will work on assignments at home, a public library, or some other location to stay caught up.
Completion of Assignments. The unit member of any class from which a pupil is suspended may require the suspended pupil to complete any assignments and tests missed during the suspension.

Whilst Sunset Translations will always endeavour to meet deadlines, dates for completion of Assignments are only best estimates and Sunset Translations is not liable for the consequences of any delay for any reason whatsoever. However, Sunset Translations will promptly inform the Client of such delay and will take all reasonable steps in order to find a solution or agreement.
Completion of Assignments. 4.1 Once the employee accepts a period of employment on an assignment, the employee is obligated to make every effort to complete the assignment.
Completion of Assignments. Under normal circumstances, it is the expectation that all employees will be able to satisfactorily complete all work assignments within their normally scheduled work year.

The Language Centre (UVC) shall ensure that the quality of the Work it provides complies with the standards by which experienced linguists generally assess files submitted as Work. The Language Centre (UVC) will only take account of further instructions from the Client with regard to the Work insofar as these are consistent with the quality requirements set out in the previous sentence.
