Acceptance Deed definition

Acceptance Deed means a deed of acceptance substantially in the form of Annex A.
Acceptance Deed means the deed forming part of the Framework ILUA at Schedule 1, Annexure B (as amended from time to time pursuant to the Framework ILUA) by which a Company may enter into the Framework ILUA;

Examples of Acceptance Deed in a sentence

  • When the reasons for rejection are eliminated/rectified by the Contractor, the Contractor re-submits the Acceptance Deed for review and approval of the Company.

  • The Acceptance Deed shall include information and, where applicable, supporting documentation with respect to the completed Assignment (or its part).
