Compensation of SAP. 6.1 SAP will provide an invoice specifying the fees for each of the Services in accordance with the terms of the Order Form. Payment is due thirty (30) days after the invoice is issued. SAP reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in an Order Form, all fees are fixed in European Currency (Euro). According to tax legislation, Turkish Liras equivalent of foreign currency sums appearing on the invoicing schedule shall be calculated based on the foreign exchange sales rate applicable by Turkish Central Bank on the invoice issue dates and stated in the related invoice. Payment shall be made in Euros or the Turkish Liras equivalent of foreign currency sum appearing on the invoice which will be calculated based on the foreign exchange sales rate applicable by Turkish Central Bank on the payment date. All payment terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Any fees not paid when due shall accrue delay (default) interest at the maximum interest rate announced by state-owned banks for foreign currency deposits in Euro (such interest rate shall be declared by Turkish Central Bank) per annum. In any case SAP reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.

Payment is due thirty [30] days after the invoice is issued. Any fees not paid when due shall accrue interest in accordance with section 6:119a Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek). All fees are in Euro’s. SAP is entitled to require payment in advance if there are any grounds to doubt that Prime Contractor will render payment punctually including Prime Contractor’s filing for bankruptcy or similar proceeding.
Compensation of SAP. All services will be provided by SAP on a time and materials basis. Activities will be charged according to the effort required at the rates as set forth in Schedule B hereto. The services to be rendered by SAP within the framework of this Agreement will be charged on a monthly basis in accordance with Schedule B. Record of performance will be shown on forms provided by SAP for this purpose. All payments are due within thirty (30) days after receipt of invoice. All duties, taxes and levies (excluding taxes based on SAP's net income), if any, shall be borne by Company. SAP shall be responsible for all payroll taxes, employee benefits, and any other payments due or imposed on any personnel performing work under this Agreement. SAP's consulting rates are subject to change upon thirty (30) day prior written notice.

SAP reserves the right to apply late cumprimento de um limite de tempo fixado, o Contratado Principal obtiver o direito de ser isentado do Contrato e/ou de um Formulário de Encomenda (por exemplo, mediante ato revogatório, cessação ou reclamação por xxxxx xx substituição de desempenho) ou a uma redução do preço devido a uma violação, a SAP terá o direito, após o vencimento do limite de tempo, de notificar o Contratado Principal, exigindo que este exerça esse direito no prazo máximo de duas semanas após receção do aviso.
Compensation of SAP. All Services will be provided by SAP on a fixed price basis, as set out in schedule A of the Statement(s) of Work, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. Services will be invoiced in accordance with the fees listed in or referenced in the Statement(s) of Work, or Schedules thereto, as applicable.
