Compensation of Consultant. The Company hereby agrees to compensate Consultant $1,000 per month payable on the first business day of the month.
Compensation of Consultant. The Company shall pay the Consultant $102,500 (205,000 shares based upon a price of $0.50 per share) on successful conclusion of the work performed at the end of the initial term. Any fees to be paid in cash or shares in the Company at the closing market price ruling as of the date of commencement of this contract (Shares to be issued under regulation S-8) as mutually agreed between the parties.
Compensation of Consultant. Town agrees to pay to Consultant for satisfactory completion of all services included in this Agreement a total fee of One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($146,650) for the Project as set forth and described in Exhibit B - Compensation Schedule and incorporated herein as if written word for word. Lump sum fees shall be billed monthly based on the percentage of completion. Hourly not to exceed fees shall be billed monthly based on hours of work that have been completed. Direct Costs for expenses such as mileage, copies, scans, sub-consultants, and similar costs are included in fees and shall be billed as completed. Consultant agrees to submit statements to Town for professional services no more than once per month. These statements will be based upon Consultant's actual services performed and reimbursable expenses incurred, if any, and Town shall endeavor to make prompt payments. Each statement submitted by Consultant to Town shall be reasonably itemized to show the amount of work performed during that period. If Town fails to pay Consultant within sixty (60) calendar days of the receipt of Consultant's invoice, Consultant may, after giving ten (10) days written notice to Town, suspend professional services until paid. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall require Town to pay for any work that is unsatisfactory as reasonably determined by Town or which is not submitted in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. The Scope of Services shall be strictly limited. Town shall not be required to pay any amount in excess of the original proposed amount unless Town shall have approved in writing in advance (prior to the performance of additional work) the payment of additional amounts.
Compensation of Consultant. A. The Consultant will be paid for performance of the Services on a time and material basis in accordance with the rates and budget set forth in Exhibit B.
Compensation of Consultant. As compensation for the performance of the Services, the Company will pay Consultant a consulting fee of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per month while this Agreement remains in effect, prorated for any partial months. Consultant will be paid in advance in installments of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) on the 1st day of each month while this Agreement remains in effect, upon receipt of an invoice from Consultant. The initial payment of $10,000 shall be payable on August __, 2015.
Compensation of Consultant. For the foregoing Agreement to consult with the corporation, the Corporation agrees to pay the Consultant the sum of $49,000, upon execution of this Agreement.
Compensation of Consultant. In consideration of the performance of the Services, Consultant is hereby granted the right to purchase from the Company shares of Common Stock ("Common Stock") at a price per share of $0.03. The maximum amount of Common Stock that Consultant may purchase under this Agreement shall be 166,000,0000 shares. If this Agreement is terminated by Consultant earlier than the expiration of its term, Consultant shall be issued that number of shares of Common Stock earned at the time of termination of this Agreement.
Compensation of Consultant. As full and final compensation for the Services to be rendered by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall issue to the Consultant a total of 100,000 "post-consolidation" shares issuable on the commencement date of this Agreement, said shares to be issued pursuant to an S8 registration statement.
Compensation of Consultant. In consideration of his obligations hereunder, for the term of this agreement consultant shall be paid as follows: The Corporation hereby covenants and agrees that Upon execution of this agreement, the consultant will receive 100,000 shares of the Company's common stock and additional compensation as directed by the Board of Directors and/or the President. For capital raised on any introductions provided by consultant, consultant will receive compensation in the amount of 10% of initial and any subsequent amount up to $1,000,000 (1st closing). All transaction exceeding $1,000,000 (1st closing) will be compensated based upon the Lehman Formula. Consulxxxx xill be compensated based on the Lehman Formula for any xxxxxr, acquisitions or contracts that he may introduce to company. Payment to be delivered in a manner mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Compensation of Consultant a. The Company shall pay to the Consultant, and the Consultant shall accept from the Company, as full compensation for the Consultant's services, including, without limitation, any services rendered by him as an officer or director of the Company or of any parent, subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, cash based on the rate of $120,000 per annum, payable in installments of $10,000.00 once per month on the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement.
