Company's Senior Supervisors. The Company shall appoint and inform the County of the identity of the corporate officials of the Company and the Guarantor with senior management responsibility from time to time for the performance of this Contract (the “Senior Supervisors”). The Company shall promptly notify the County in writing of the appointment of any successor Senior Supervisors. The Senior Supervisors and/or the Service Coordinator shall cooperate with the County in any reviews of the performance of the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Manager which the County may undertake from time to time, and shall give full consideration to any issues raised by the County in conducting such performance reviews.

The Senior Supervisors shall cooperate with the Borough in any reviews of the performance of the Service Manager which the B orough may undertake from time to time, an d shall give full consideration to any issues raised by the Borough in conducting such performance reviews, including any determination of the Borough that an unwork able relationship has developed betw een the S ervice Manager and the Borough.

The Senior Supervisors shall cooperate with the WPCA in any reviews of the performance of the Facility Manager which the WPCA may undertake from time to time, and shall give full consideration to any issues raised by the WPCA in conducting such performance reviews.

  • Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Senior Management and Board of Directors 1. A Member State shall not require that a juridical person of that Member State appoint to senior management positions, natural persons of any particular nationality.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Management Board 6.1 The Management Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement.

  • Level Two - Superintendent of Schools a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.
