Receiving Time Clause Samples

The Receiving Time clause defines the exact moment when a notice, document, or communication is considered officially received by the intended party. Typically, this clause outlines specific criteria such as the time of delivery to a designated address, the timestamp of an email, or the business hours during which receipt is acknowledged. By establishing clear rules for when communications are deemed received, the clause helps prevent disputes over timing and ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of when obligations or deadlines are triggered.
