Collaborative Leadership Domain 3. Instructional Leadership The governing board will conduct formal administrator evaluations annually. The evaluation systems for school administrators will: • Promote success for all students by sustaining a positive school culture and instructional program that is conducive to student learning and continued professional development. • Xxxxxx a collaborative leadership structure by seeking input from stakeholders and establishes high standards for professional, legal, ethical, and fiscal accountability. • Be designed to support effective instruction and student learning growth, and performance evaluation results must be used when developing school improvement plans. • Assess teacher performance using the Xxxxxxxxx Framework for Teaching which includes timely feedback and criteria for continuous quality improvement of the professional skills of instructional personnel, and performance evaluation results will be used when identifying professional development. • Include a mechanism to examine performance data from multiple sources, including opportunities for parents to provide input into employee performance evaluations when appropriate. • Differentiate among four levels of performance as follows:

Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
