Co-exhibitors. Co-exhibitors are third parties who, together with the contracting Exhibitor, use the latter‘s stand space for their own business activities on the basis of these fair terms and conditions. The Exhibitor is obliged to announce Co-exhibitors by making an entry in the online exhibitor catalogue. For each Co-exhibitor, the Co-exhibitor fee stated on the fair website as well as the marketing and service fee must be paid. In addition, any total or partial rental or transfer of the stand space to third parties requires the prior written consent of the Organiser and is based exclusively on these Fair Terms and Conditions.
