Booth Set-up and Design. 8.1 In case that the Exhibitor who designs and sets up the booth by itself has additional service needs in respect of the design and set-up of the booth, it may contact third parties other than contractors designated by the general meeting to require them to provide services such as booth furniture, decoration, maintenance and infrastructure. The Exhibitor shall fill in and submit to the Organizer all the required forms related to the booth set-up.

  • Domain and Designation The Top-Level Domain to which this Agreement applies is (the “TLD”). Upon the Effective Date and until the earlier of the expiration of the Term (as defined in Section 4.1) or the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 4, ICANN designates Registry Operator as the registry operator for the TLD, subject to the requirements and necessary approvals for delegation of the TLD and entry into the root-zone.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Additional and Designer Listings Additional and designer listings will be offered by BellSouth at tariffed rates as set forth in the General Subscriber Services Tariff.

  • The Design Builder shall maintain an occurrence form commercial general liability policy or policies insuring against liability arising from premises (including loss of use thereof), personal injury or death, advertising injury, liability insured under an insured contract (including the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract) occurring on or in any way related to the premises or occasioned by reason of the operations of Design-Builder. Such coverage shall be written on an ISO occurrence form (ISO Form CG 00 01 12 07 or a policy form providing equivalent coverage) in an amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and not less than $2,000,000.00 aggregate. Unless otherwise provided, the policy or policies of insurance providing the liability coverage shall include:
