Registration Documents. Not later than 6 months prior to delivery of each Aircraft, Customer will notify Boeing of the registration number to be painted on the side of the Aircraft. In addition, and not later than 3 months prior to delivery of each Aircraft, Customer will, by letter to the regulatory authority having jurisdiction, authorize the temporary use of such registration number by Boeing during the pre-delivery testing of the Aircraft. Customer is responsible for furnishing any temporary or permanent registration certificates required by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction to be displayed aboard the Aircraft after delivery.
Registration Documents. The City agrees to register the transfers of Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Plan 33R-19775 (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek B4 SWM Facility) forthwith upon the delivery thereof to the City and authorize the claims to the CSRF as specified in Section 4 of this Agreement.

Registration Documents. 11.1. TMP agrees to change the Product formula in order to obtain a registration of the said product as medical food within the Territory pursuant to the registration requirements of the individual countries of the Territory: TMP warrants to BP that the aforementioned changes shall not influence the efficacy of the product.
11.2. Provided that the registration and/or information dossier of the product based on the original formula will be submitted on the day of signing hereof, in order to execute products launching schedule, TMP shall submit to BP registration dossier of the product based on a modified formula, containing all necessary registration documents and samples required by the appropriate authorities within the Territory for the registration of the products as food supplements. The Required documents shall be submitted to BP minimum g (three) months prior to the foreseen date of launching the products on the individual market.
11.3. At this same time the original TMP product (based on the original formula) will be able to be registered in these countries as TMP medical food product.
Registration Documents. The document includes questionnaire forms and instructions for the prospective suppliers’. In order to be considered for registration the prospective supplier must provide requested proof and all other all other information requested.
Registration Documents. The Contractor must provide to the Department a true and correct copy of the certificate of registration for each Designated Vehicle which meets the requirements of clause 6.1(b)(iv), at the following times:
(a) on or prior to the Commencement Date, for each Designated Vehicle that will be used to provide the Services on and from the Commencement Date;

(c) within 7 Business Days of the date on which renewal is required, for each Designated Vehicle which has a registration expire at any time during the Term.

The parties acknowledge that there are existing land registration and renewals of such registrations required under both federal and state laws pertaining to the continued sales of property within various of the Properties, as more particularly described on Exhibit P. The Seller agrees that prior to Closing, it shall continue in the ordinary course of business to renew such registration filings and, to the extent any such registrations have not been completed as of the Closing, the Buyer shall, at Closing, assume such obligations of the applicable Seller with respect to such registrations, the obligations under such registrations amend same to the extent required to reflect Buyer’s ownership of the Property and be obligated to complete, renew, perform and maintain, as necessary, all registrations and obligations under the registrations with respect to the Properties from and after the Closing (collectively “Registration Documents”). The parties acknowledge that at Closing, Seller shall have the right to file with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau a notice of voluntary suspension with regard to the active registrations in effect for the Property reflecting that the Seller sold the Property and is no longer the owner of the Property. From and after Closing, the Buyer represents and warrants that it shall be the Buyer’s obligation to register the Property it acquires with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and shall not make sales of any portion of the Property until such time as it does re-register the Property with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau or there is an applicable exemption under law which does not require such registration. The provisions of this Section 10(b)(ix) will survive Closing.
