Company Names definition

Company Names shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

Examples of Company Names in a sentence

  • For Pre-Clearance Securities that are Company Names, this means before the close of business on the day the approval is given.

More Definitions of Company Names

Company Names means the name and Trademark “Trimaran”, the name and Trademark “Catamaran” and the Trademarks set forth on Section 1.01(g) of the Disclosure Schedule.
