Club Recreation Facilities. The Club shall have the recreational facilities like Air- conditioned Home Theatre; Banquet Hall, Children’s Play area; Toddlers Zone Kids Corner; Youth Corner , ; Changing Room and Shower; Medium sized swimming pool,baby pool and Jacuzzi; Health Club having w ell equipped gym, and yoga,Guest room, Indoor game facilities . These facilities may be changed by the Promoter if required at the time of implementation.The said Club will also be for the use of the various Unit / Allottees and/or any person occupying t hrough the respective Unit Owner /Lessee subject to getting membership and also subject to charges for use of Club facilities and such terms and conditions and rules and regulations to be formulated in that regard by the Builder and also subject to making payment of the charges and monthly subscription charges which may be levied and/or imposed by the Promoter from time to time.

Club Recreation Facilities. The Club shall have the recreational facilities like; Banquet Hall, Children’s Play area; swimming pool with Jacuzzi and baby pool; Changing Room and Shower; Health Club having well equipped gym, steam, massage and yoga; equipped indoor children play zone; sporting arrangement comprising Basket Ball, Badminton Court, Volleyball Court, Cricket and Football Court (All Courts will be a part of multi-purpose Court on terrace of the Club) , Guest room, Indoor game facilities. These facilities may be changed by the Promoter if required at the time of implementation.The said Club will also be for the use of the various Unit / Allottees and/or any person occupying through the respective Unit Owner /Lessee subject to getting membership and also subject to charges for use of Club facilities and such terms and conditions and rules and regulations to be formulated in that regard by the Builder and also subject to making payment of the charges and monthly subscription charges which may be levied and/or imposed by the Promoter from time to time.

The said Club will also be for the use of the various Unit / Allottees and/or any person occupying through the respective Unit Owner /Lessee subject to getting membership and also subject to charges for use of Club facilities and such terms and conditions and rules and regulations to be formulated in that regard by the Builder and also subject to making payment of the charges and monthly subscription charges which may be levied and/or imposed by the Promoter from time to time If the Builder has plans of developing leisure/entertainment activities in any natural water body within the Complex. While the Builder will exercise all care and take all precautions as per the guidelines of the architects and experts while putting/developing these activities , the Builder shall neither be held liable nor be responsible directly or indirectly for any illness/injury/accident/death/loss/damages of life/property to the Allottee / any persons or their guests / visitors who use these activities. Due to operation of any law or any statutory order , if a portion of the entire scheme is discontinued or truncated, then the Allotees affected by such discontinuation or truncation will have no right of compensation from the Builder. . The Allottee is aware that the Promoter is not in the business of or providing services proposed to be provided by the Service Providers such as cable operators, security services, electrical and telecom services etc . The Promoter does not warrant or guarantee the use, performance or otherwise of these services provided by the respective Service Providers . The Parties hereto agree that the Promoter is not and shall not be responsible or liable in connection with any defect or the performance /non performance or otherwise of these services provided by the respective Service Providers.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities Construction The Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Participating TO shall deliver to the Interconnection Customer and the CAISO the following “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities [include appropriate drawings and relay diagrams]. The Participating TO will obtain control for operating and maintenance purposes of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades upon completion of such facilities. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Rest Facilities The District shall designate restroom and lunchroom facilities at each work site.

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. Sidewalk to be provided between the living quarters, from living quarters to dining rooms and recreation rooms. The above to be Standards for Stationary or Permanent type camps. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.
