Client Policies. While assigned to provide Services at a Client location or otherwise visiting Client’s facilities, Fiserv employees will: (i) comply with Client’s reasonable safety and security procedures and other reasonable Client rules applicable to Client personnel at those facilities to the extent such procedures and rules are provided to Fiserv in writing and in advance, (ii) comply with all reasonable requests of Client personnel, as applicable, pertaining to personal and professional conduct, and (iii) otherwise conduct themselves in a professional and businesslike manner.
Client Policies. ProLink and the Providers shall comply with Client’s policies and procedures, including Client’s workplace policies, codes of conduct, wage and hour policies, and any other standards related to performance, the reporting of patient abuse, safety, dress code, and documentation. In the event that Client requires a Provider to undergo drug or alcohol testing pursuant to its policies, Client shall provide ProLink with the written results of the Provider’s testing.

Whenever Greenway personnel are present on Client’s premises, Greenway shall use reasonable efforts to cause all such personnel to comply with all Client policies and procedures governing on-site work, including Client’s safety and security, and data protection, policies and procedures, and all reasonable instructions and directions issued by Client. At Client’s request and expense, Greenway will cause all Greenway personnel performing Services to attend one or more Client training sessions with respect to Client’s on-site rules of behavior, work schedule, security procedures and such other of Client policies and procedures as Client, in its sole discretion, may deem appropriate.

Client Policies. While assigned to provide Services at a Client location or otherwise visiting Client’s facilities, StoneRiver employees will: (i) comply with Client’s reasonable safety and security procedures and other reasonable Client rules applicable to Client personnel at those facilities to the extent all such procedures and rules are provided to StoneRiver in writing and in advance, (ii) comply with all reasonable requests of Client personnel, as applicable, pertaining to personal and professional conduct, and (iii) otherwise conduct themselves in a professional and businesslike manner.
Client Policies. You acknowledge that each of your Clients must register for the Service and may be asked to agree to transmodus terms, policies or operating procedures. You acknowledge that transmodus will not be obligated to provide Services in relation to any Client that does not do so.

Tempus disclaims any responsibility and liability for any breach of Client Policies as they apply to data and specimens provided by Client to Tempus hereunder.
