Pet Policy. Student/resident shall not have or allow any pet to be in the Assigned space or Unit, except for guide dogs accompanied by sight-impaired persons and with prior written consent by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx College.

If the property allows pets inside, only small “house dogs” are allowed, and they are only allowed on timber floors or tiled areas – pets are not permitted on carpet or rugs, on furniture, in bedrooms, on beds, on bedding or towels. You are also required to remove all pet hair and any traces of your pet being inside the property prior to departure. You are liable for any damage caused to the property including the cost of cleaning and repairs. A noisy, barking, or aggressive dog may result in your eviction without refund – it is your responsibility to control your dog at all times. Some properties charge a $50 fee for pets. Service-dogs / guide-dogs allowed (prior notice is greatly appreciated). Identification A copy of your passport or drivers licence may be requested. Force majeure We don’t expect to have to cancel or amend your booking, but if problems occur and we do have to due to unforeseen circumstances (ie. power outage, damage, fire, etc), we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you, and if it is necessary to cancel your booking we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us. We reserve the right to cancel any booking & refund payments at any time in the event of inability to comply with any of the provisions of the contract by virtue of any cessation of electric, gas or telecommunications supplies, industrial disputes, plant or equipment failure, order of government, unavailability of supplies, or any other inevitable accident or unforeseen contingency. In this event, all reasonable endeavours will be made to help find you alternative holiday accommodation but without guarantee or liability.

Pet Policy a. Pets welcome in all campus apartments (No Pet Application or Pet Fee Required): non- poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, gerbils, hermit crabs, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish provided these pets are maintained in aquariums or cages.
Pet Policy. Resident, with the approval of Willow Valley, shall have the right to bring into the Residence such pet as Resident has at the time of move-in, subject to the conditions of this Agreement and the Resident Handbook. Resident wishing to bring a pet will execute a separate signed Pet Agreement before move-in. After Occupancy, if the pet should die, the then current policy in the Resident Handbook with regard to replacement shall apply. Willow Valley stresses that no pet shall be a nuisance or danger to other Residents or Administration and must be properly cared for at all times. Pets are not permitted in any of the common areas, and the hallways in Resident’s building are to be used only as a means of taking Resident’s pet in or out of the building. Failure to comply may necessitate the removal of such pet. If at the request of Administration such pet is not removed, Administration reserves the right to terminate this Agreement. Resident shall be responsible for all damages caused by such pet. Pets will be leashed or carried and in the control of the owner at all times when outside the Residence.
Pet Policy. Any animal over 25 lbs. must ride in a carrier with the exception of a service dog when traveling in a (Shuttle Me Five Star Transportation) affiliated vehicle. We request that when traveling with a pet, you notify a reservations specialist in advance so that Shuttle Me Five Star Transportation service can accommodate you. If you fail to do so, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet.
