Client Executive. During the Term, Client shall maintain an individual (the "CLIENT EXECUTIVE") who shall serve as the primary Client representative under this Agreement and will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Client's obligations under this Agreement.
Client Executive. Pxxxx Systems will designate a representative (“Client Executive”) who will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the Services and will have full authority to act on Pxxxx Systems’ behalf with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement. The Client Executive will work with the Client Representative to address Client’s information technology issues and strategies and the parties’ relationship under this Agreement. Before designating or replacing its Client Executive, Pxxxx Systems will consult with and obtain the approval of Client, which shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld.
Client Executive. Client shall appoint a qualified representative ("Client Executive"), who shall be authorized to make binding decisions for Client regarding the HealthTrust Services. The Client Executive shall: (i) review all documentation submitted by HealthTrust, request necessary corrections, and thereafter approve such documentation; (ii) provide to HealthTrust requested Client Data and other information and assume responsibility for the accuracy of the same; (iii) advise HealthTrust of any technical requirements and notify HealthTrust of any material changes to Client's processes and systems; and (iv) upon request, facilitate communication with Client's staff and provide access to Client Data and Client's facilities, hardware and software as necessary for HealthTrust to perform the HealthTrust Services.

  • B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.
