Clerks Clause Samples
The 'Clerks' clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and authority of clerks involved in the administration or execution of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for appointing clerks, the scope of their duties—such as handling documentation, correspondence, or record-keeping—and any limitations on their authority. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures that administrative tasks are managed efficiently and that all parties understand who is authorized to act on their behalf, thereby reducing confusion and streamlining communication.
