Base Hours. For the purpose of the following provisions, "base hours" shall mean the normal aggregate number of hours to be worked by a part-time employee during any workweek. At the time of hiring part-time employees shall be advised of the possibility of having their base hours increased or reduced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and shall be provided with a copy of the provisions of this article. Part-time employees who are hired on or after the date of signing of this Agreement shall have their base hours established at the time of hiring and the Union shall be provided with a document confirming these hours within ten (10) calendar days from date of hire.
Base Hours. Base hours of work will be set at thirty eight (38) hours per week and can be worked between the days of Monday to Sunday and determined by a roster system. On an annual basis the Roster will be such that no employee will be disadvantaged compared to the Transport Workers (Federal) Award 1998.
Base Hours. 22.2 The LESSEE covenants to be open for business during the proposed hours of: Sunday to Saturday 6:00 am to 11:00 pm The LESSEE acknowledges that the proposed hours are subject to change to meet the demands of the facility. The CITY will circulate electronically a schedule of all regular program and upcoming events in the VHWC to the LESSEE for scheduling purposes.
Base Hours. A. The term “base hours” is defined as the fraction of employment for which a person is initially hired and is hereafter entitled to, based on seniority. If the teacher’s assignment is subsequently increased, they shall have an increase in their base hours as of their original date of hire, only if the hours were not earned through a grant, sub hours, volunteer coordination or teacher prep time for volunteers.
Base Hours. Hours where single time is paid when worked as ordinary hours.
