Claims Reimbursement. Claims Reimbursement - On the 2nd, 12th and 22nd day or the last business day closest to such date of each month (or, upon 30- Delta Dental, on any sole discretion), Delta Dental will notify the Group of the total amount of Providers' statements paid or otherwise discharged by Delta Dental for services rendered. Using one of the options described below, a prompt transfer of funds is made to Delta Dental to cover such disbursements as they become due and payable upon receipt of said notification.
Claims Reimbursement. The Contract has a Grace Period extending to the following bill of claims reimbursement. When Delta Dental has notified the Group of the total claims paid on the 2nd, the grace period is until the 12th day of the month; when Delta Dental has notified the Group of the total claims paid on the 12th, the grace period is until the 22nd day of the month; and when Delta Dental has notified the Group of the total claims paid on the 22nd calendar day, the grace period is until the 2nd of the following month. The coverage remains in force during this Grace Period unless terminated by the Group. If either the Service Fee or Claims Reimbursement are not paid by the end of the Grace Period, the Contract will be placed on a hold status, where no claims will be paid and no eligibility will be guaranteed. If the Group does not pay after this Grace period, they may be terminated as of the last date of the earliest Grace Period at the discretion of Delta Dental. Service Fees and Claim Reimbursement are due through the last day of the Grace Period, including the Grace Period. 7.08 TIMELY NOTICE. Delta Dental must be informed when any Subscriber is no longer eligible. it would otherwise have ended. Group shall be liable for any payments made by Delta Dental in reliance upon faulty eligibility information supplied and/or not corrected by Group.
Claims Reimbursement. Dealer shall prepare and submit to Voyager a monthly invoice summarizing all claims and claims-related expenses under the Service Contracts adjusted and paid during the previous month. "Claims-related expenses" are defined as direct costs incurred in investigating and paying the Service Contract Losses. Within twenty (20) days of the end of the month in which any invoice is submitted, Voyager shall reimburse Dealer for any Service Contract Losses incurred by Dealer during the relevant period, upon submission to Voyager of Dealer's summary of Service Contract Losses.
Claims Reimbursement. All Clean Claims submitted to HMO for payment will be paid within forty-five (45) days of the date of HMO's receipt of such Clean Claim. Claims paid after this forty-five (45) day period will bear interest at the current prime rate published by the Wall Street Journal ("WSJ") until paid. Claims paid incorrectly or not paid in full will be reprocessed and paid within thirty (30) days of the date HMO is notified in writing of incorrect or underpayment. Claims not corrected and paid in full within this thirty (30) day period will bear interest at the current prime rate published by WSJ until paid.
Claims Reimbursement. All Clean Claims submitted to HMO by CCPN, CCPN Physicians or CCPN Participating Providers for payment will be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of HMO's receipt of such Clean Claim (or within such period as may otherwise be prescribed by law). Upon CCPN's request each quarter (and automatically in connection with each Year-End Settlement if not earlier requested), HMO will reimburse CCPN (or the applicable CCPN Physician CCPN Participating Provider) for any incurred late payment 126 penalties related to such Clean Claims that were not timely paid during such period. This amount shall be equal to the interest on the claims paid amount during the preceding quarter or year, as applicable, that exceeded the applicable time limit for payment. The interest rate is 1.5% per month (18% annual for each month any such Clean Claim remains unadjudicated) or such rate as may be prescribed by law. Subject to Section VI.D below, such late payment penalties, at HMO's discretion, may be charged to the Pediatric Pool (as charged, the "Allocated Penalty Amount").
Claims Reimbursement. Each Agent shall be responsible for and shall reimburse eXp up to $2,500 (two thousand five hundred dollars) incurred in the defense or resolution of any claim made against that Agent and/or eXp as a result of the Agent’s actions or inactions (except for any procuring cause claims), regardless of whether or not the claim is eligible for insurance coverage. Even where the Agent does not believe the claim or cause of action has merit and/or does not believe any money should be expended in the defense or resolution of the matter, the Agent expressly agrees in advance, by signing his or her ICA, that he or she will reimburse eXp up to $2,500 expended in defense or resolution of the matter within thirty (30) days of receipt of a request for reimbursement from eXp. An Agent may elect to have all or any portion of the reimbursable amount withheld from any commissions and/or revenue share payments due to the Agent in lieu of making payment directly to eXp. However, if an Agent does not reimburse eXp directly within the thirty (30) day period then eXp shall deduct the full amount due from any and all commissions and revenue share payments due to the Agent until eXp has been fully reimbursed. ​ If it is determined that an Agent acted fraudulently, grossly or recklessly negligent, or willfully, the Agent shall be responsible for the full amount of the damages and costs recovered against eXp, along with all costs of defense.   • Expense Reimbursements To the extent that any reimbursements payable pursuant to this Agreement are subject to the provisions of Section 409A of the Code, any such reimbursements payable to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid to Executive no later than December 31 of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred, the amount of expenses reimbursed in one year shall not affect the amount eligible for reimbursement in any subsequent year, and Executive’s right to reimbursement under this Agreement will not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Educational Reimbursement SECTION 1. The purpose of this Article is to xxxxxx a learning environment and provide educational opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the employees and the County and will encourage eligible employees to participate in education programs which will further their skills and knowledge for use in their current position or for use in a possible future position of greater responsibility. The Educational Reimbursement Program shall be a plan as provided for in Section 127 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and shall be construed consistently with the requirements of Section 127. Amounts paid for tuition reimbursement meeting the requirements of Section 127 of the IRS Tax Code are not included in an Employee’s income or subject to income tax withholding up to a maximum of $5,250 annually. If subsequent tax law changes fail to continue the tax-free treatment, or in any way modify its treatment, appropriate adjustments in tax withholding will be made from the effective date of the change. This Article does not apply to training seminars, conferences, workshops, etc.

  • Tax Reimbursement (a) Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, in the event it shall be determined that any payments or distributions by Ceridian to or for the benefit of Executive (whether paid or payable or distributed or distributable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or otherwise, but determined without regard to any payments required under this Section 7.04) (collectively, the "Payments") would be subject to the excise tax imposed by Section 4999 of the Code or any interest or penalties are incurred by Executive with respect to such excise tax (such excise tax, together with any such interest and penalties, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Excise Tax"), then Executive shall be entitled to receive an additional payment (a "Gross-Up Payment") in an amount such that, after payment by Executive of all taxes (and any interest or penalties imposed with respect to such taxes), including any income taxes and Excise Tax imposed upon the Gross-Up Payment, Executive retains an amount of the Gross-Up Payment equal to the Excise Tax imposed upon the Payments.
