Reviews. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the LHIN or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the LHIN or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to:
Reviews. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the Funder or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the Funder or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to: inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement.
Reviews. In keeping with the requirements of U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(b) the SCSB will perform at least an annual review (more often as the need arises as determined by the Authorizer) and evaluation of the performance of the Charter School and hold the Charter School accountable for its performance. To facilitate the annual or any other review the School shall maintain the necessary records to provide the following:
Reviews. The Fund, the Underwriter, and the Adviser shall regularly audit and review each of their Information Security Programs to ensure its continued effectiveness to safeguard the Company’s Personal Information as required herein and determine whether adjustments are necessary in light of circumstances including, without limitation, changes in technology, information systems, new or revised regulations, industry best practices or changing threats or hazards to The Company’s Personal Information. Upon reasonable request by the Company, the Fund, the Underwriter, and the Adviser shall permit the Company or its representative the right to review the Fund, the Underwriter, or the Adviser’s Information Security Programs and its data security policies and procedures on reasonable advance notice during normal business hours, to confirm the Fund, the Underwriter, or the Adviser’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement with respect thereto
Reviews. 2.5.2.1 Once the Contracting Body requirements have been identified and the strategy agreed, the Supplier shall ensure that regular periodical review meetings take place in order to update the Contracting Body on progress against the agreed strategy. These meetings should also be used to discuss and/or propose any changes necessary.
Reviews. Dealer grants DFS an irrevocable license to enter Dealer's business locations during normal business hours with forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to Dealer (unless Dealer is in Default in which case no prior notice shall be required) to: (a) account for and inspect all Collateral; (b) verify Dealer's compliance with this Agreement; and (c) examine and copy Dealer's books and records related to the Collateral.
Reviews. 5.1 The T3IB agrees to allow the T3CB’s Reviewer access to examine the documentation referred to in Article 4 above and any other information or document should the Reviewer require such access in carrying out a review pursuant to the QI Agreement. The T3IB agrees to carry out in the manner and time outlined in the QI Agreement whatever action is requested by the Reviewer so that the T3CB is in compliance with the QI Agreement. The T3CB reserves the right to withhold at the U.S. statutory rate if the T3IB does not demonstrate to the satisfaction of the T3CB that the action requested by the Reviewer has been taken. Whether the T3IB has adequately demonstrated compliance with the requested action of the Reviewer will be determined in the sole discretion of the T3CB, acting reasonably.
