Child Marriage. All offerors should propose research designs that meet the requirements outlined above. The final research design will be decided on in collaboration with BC/TIP and Winrock International. The firm selected to conduct this research will be provided with access to the findings from previous research as well as with all survey questionnaires, interview guides, and other materials developed. Learning Papers BC/TIP has identified eight topics of interest for learning papers of up to 10 pages in length, including data visualizations and other graphics. These learning papers will synthesize and document lessons learned across the project’s portfolio of activities. Bidders should provide a research approach along with rationale for the selected methods. The selected firm will be provided access to project documentation and data and should propose additional data collection as needed. It is anticipated that many of the stakeholders included in the end-line survey would also be appropriate respondents for research related to the learning papers. Research design should account for overlap among respondents and reduce repeatedly contacting the same respondent for multiple purposes when possible. A final research approach will be determined by Xxxxxxx International and BC/TIP and agreed upon with the successful firm. In addition to the research design, bidders should include a description of their publication and dissemination plan. The eight topics to be explored and documented in depth through these learning papers are below.   • Marriage Leave A confirmed staff shall be granted 3 working days of paid marriage leave on the occasion of her first legal marriage. The leave has to be consumed within 1 year of her legal marriage.

  • Children For the purposes of the Trust the children of the Grantor are as follows: _______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________

  • Child A biological, adopted, or xxxxxx child, stepchild, legal xxxx, conservatee or a child who is under eighteen (18) years of age for whom an employee stands in loco parentis or for whom the employee is the guardian or conservator, or an adult dependent child of the employee.

  • Spouse The spouse of an eligible employee (if legally married under Minnesota law). For the purposes of health insurance coverage, if that spouse works full-time for an organization employing more than one hundred (100) people and elects to receive either credits or cash (1) in place of health insurance or health coverage or (2) in addition to a health plan with a seven hundred and fifty dollar ($750) or greater deductible through his/her employing organization, he/she is not eligible to be a covered dependent for the purposes of this Article. If both spouses work for the State or another organization participating in the State's Group Insurance Program, neither spouse may be covered as a dependent by the other, unless one spouse is not eligible for a full Employer Contribution as defined in Section 3A. Effective January 1, 2015 if both spouses work for the State or another organization participating in the State’s Group Insurance Program, a spouse may be covered as a dependent by the other.

  • Dependent Child If dependent children are covered under separate plans of more than one person, whether a parent or guardian, benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • the benefits of the plan covering the parent born earlier in the year will be determined before those of the parent whose birthday (month and day only) falls later in the year; • if both parents have the same birthday, the benefits of the plan that covered the parent longer are determined before those of the plan which covered the other parent for a shorter period of time; • if the other plan does not determine benefits according to the parents' birth dates, but by parents' gender instead, the other plan’s gender rule will determine the order of benefits.

  • Childrearing Leave If requested by the bargaining unit member, the Board will grant a leave of absence, without pay, for the purpose of rearing a newly-born child or a newly adopted child whose age is one (1) year or less at the time of the commencement of the leave of absence.

  • Dependent Child/Parents Separated or Divorced If two or more plans cover a person as a dependent child of divorced or separated parents, the plan responsible to cover benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • first, the plan of the parent with custody of the child; • then, the plan of the spouse of the parent with custody of the child; and • finally, the plan of the parent not having custody of the child. If the terms of a court decree state that: • one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, and the entity obligated to pay or provide the parent's benefits under that parent's plan has actual knowledge of those terms, the benefits of that plan are determined first and the benefits of the plan of the other parent are the secondary plan. • both parents share joint custody, without stating that one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, the plans covering the child will follow the order of benefit determination rules outlined above.

  • Children/Grandchildren An employee may purchase life insurance in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) as a package for all eligible children/grandchildren (as defined in Section 2A2 and 2A3 of this Article). For a new employee, child/grandchild coverage requires evidence of insurability if application is made after the initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. An employee who becomes eligible for insurance may purchase child/grandchild coverage without evidence of insurability if application is made within thirty (30) days of the initial effective date as defined in this Article. Child/grandchild coverage commences fourteen (14) calendar days after birth.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises This section is applicable if Contractor received a disabled veteran business enterprise (“DVBE”) incentive in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the DVBE commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of the Agreement. If Contractor used DVBE subcontractor(s) in connection with this Agreement: (i) Contractor must use the DVBE subcontractors identified in its bid or proposal, unless the Judicial Council approves in writing replacement by another DVBE subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement certify in a report to the Judicial Council: (1) the total amount of money Contractor received under the Agreement; (2) the name and address of each DVBE subcontractor to which Contractor subcontracted work in connection with the Agreement; (3) the amount each DVBE subcontractor received from Contractor in connection with the Agreement; and (4) that all payments under the Agreement have been made to the applicable DVBE subcontractors. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation.
