Change from Full-Time or Part-Time Status. If an employee changes from full-time or part-time status, the employee will be paid out all accrued unused PSL hours above 40 hours. The employee will be able to use the employee’s remaining accrued PSL hours from before the status change in accordance with the provisions of Article 12.

Change from Full-Time or Part-Time Status. If a nurse changes from full-time or part- time status to per diem, the nurse will be paid out all accrued unused PSL hours above 40 hours. The nurse will be able to use the nurse's remaining accrued PSL hours from before the status change in accordance with the provisions of Article 10.1.

  • Permanent Part-Time Employee A permanent part-time employee is defined as an employee who is employed in a permanent position and who is normally scheduled to work a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours and less than thirty-two and one-half (32.5) hours per week on a regular basis.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.
