The System Operator and Interconnecting Transmission Owner must conduct the necessary studies and the Interconnecting Transmission Owner and Internal Affected Parties must construct the Network Upgrades needed to interconnect the Small Generating Facility in a manner comparable to that in which all other CNRs are interconnected under the CC Interconnection Standard. CNR Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility to be designated as a CNR to participate in the New England Markets, in accordance with Market Rule 1, Section III of the Tariff, up to the net CNR Capability, or as otherwise provided in Market Rule 1, Section III of the Tariff, on the same basis as all other existing Capacity Network Resources, and to be studied as a Capacity Network Resource on the assumption that such a designation will occur.
