CNR Capability definition

CNR Capability means: (i) in the case of a Generating Facility that is a New Generating Capacity Resource pursuant to Section III.13.1 of the Tariff or an Existing Generating Capacity Resource that is increasing its capability pursuant to Section III.13.1.2.2.5 of the Tariff, the highest megawatt amount of the Capacity Supply Obligation obtained by the Generating Facility in accordance with Section III.13 of the Tariff, and, if applicable, as specified in a filing by the System Operator with the Commission in accordance with Section III.13.8.2 of the Tariff, or
CNR Capability means the maximum “Capacity Network Resource Capability” for the Facility as determined prior to the Commercial Operation Date by ISO-NE in accordance with the ISO-NE Rules, and with the Seller, in its Forward Capacity Market new resource qualification request, claiming the maximum summer Qualified Capacity and maximum winter Qualified Capacity levels indicated and supported by the required site-specific summer and winter data relevant to the expected performance of the Facility.
CNR Capability means the MW quantity associated with CNR Interconnection Service, calculated as described in Section II.48 of the Tariff.

Examples of CNR Capability in a sentence

  • Upon completion of all requirements for the CNR Interconnection Service, the Interconnection Customer shall also receive CNR Interconnection Service for CNR Capability.

  • The date specified by the OAO ADO as the effective date of the award shall be no later than September 30th of the Federal fiscal year in which the project is approved for support and funds are appropriated for such purpose, unless otherwise permitted by law.

  • Where the implementation of this Section 5.2.3 results in a CNR Capability that is different than previously had been identified, the revised CNR Capability will be applied commencing with the next Forward Capacity Auction qualification process (after the revised CNR Capability value is identified), which is initiated by the closing deadline of the Show of Interest Submission Window in accordance with Section III.13 of the Tariff.

More Definitions of CNR Capability

CNR Capability means: (i) in the case of a Generating Facility that is a New Generating Capacity Resource pursuant to Section III.13.1 of the Tariff or an Existing Generating Capacity Resource that is increasing its capability pursuant to Section III.13.1.2.2.5 of the Tariff, the highest megawatt amount of the Capacity Supply Obligation obtained by the Generating Facility in accordance with Section III.13 of the Tariff, and, if applicable, as specified in a filing by the System Operator with the Commission in accordance with Section III.13.8.2 of the Tariff, or (ii) in the case of a Generating Facility that meets the criteria under Section 5.2.3 of this LGIP, the total megawatt amount reflected in an existing Interconnection Agreement, whether executed or filed in unexecuted form with the Commission, an application pursuant to Section I.3.9 of the Tariff (or its predecessor provision, if any), or as determined by the System Operator based on documented historic capability of the Generating Facility. CNR Capability shall not exceed the maximum net megawatt electrical output of the Generating Facility at an ambient temperature at or above 90 F. degrees for Summer and at or above 20 degrees F. for Winter. Where the Generating Facility includes multiple production devices, the CNR Capability shall not exceed the aggregate maximum net megawatt electrical output of the Generating Facility at an ambient temperature at or above 90 degrees F. for Summer and at or above 20 degrees F. for Winter. Capacity Network Resource Group Study (“CNR Group Study”) shall mean the study performed by the System Operator under Section III.13.1.1.2.3 of the Tariff to determine which resources qualify to participate in a Forward Capacity Auction. Capacity Network Resource Interconnection Service (“CNR Interconnection Service”) shall mean the Interconnection Service selected by the Interconnection Customer to interconnect its Large Generating Facility with the Administered Transmission System in accordance with the Capacity Capability Interconnection Standard. An Interconnection Customer’s CNR Interconnection Service shall be for the megawatt amount of CNR Capability. CNR Interconnection Service does not in and of itself convey transmission service.   • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • capability , in relation to an employee, means his capability assessed by reference to skill, aptitude, health or any other physical or mental quality, and
