Cancellation or Reduction of Exhibit Space. In the event of an exhibition space cancellation, SAE must receive written notice of such cancellation. If more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the opening day of the exhibition, then SAE shall retain a service charge equal to 50% of the rental cost of the space. If a cancellation takes place less than one-hundred and twenty (120) days of the opening day of the exhibition, the exhibitor is liable for 100% of the rental cost of the space. In the event of an exhibit space reduction; SAE must receive written notice of such reduction. If more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the opening date of the exhibition, then SAE shall retain a service charge equal to 50% of the rental cost of the space not used. SAE Show Management reserves the right to move, consolidate or to otherwise make changes of the exhibit floor should it be necessary for the best interest of the Exhibition. This could potentially involve relocating initially selected exhibit space up to thirty (30) days prior to move-in or the start of the event.

Cancellation or Reduction of Exhibit Space. Exhibitor shall have the right to cancel the Exhibitor Agreement at any time by written notice to SLA. In the event of such cancellation, after Tuesday, June 16, 2015, this refund schedule will be strictly followed. Full refund of the amount paid if such can- cellation is received by SLA on or before Thursday, September 10, 2015. 70% of the full amount of the Exhibit Fees if such cancellation is received by SLA after Friday, September 11, 2015 to Thursday, December 10, 2015. (SLA will keep 30%). 50% of the full amount of the Exhibit Fees if such cancellation is received by SLA on or after De- cember 11, 2015 to Monday, March 14, 2016. (SLA will keep 50%). Exhibitor shall be responsible for and agrees to pay the full Exhibit Fees (and no re- funds will be made by SLA) on cancellations received after Monday, March 14, 2016. Further, in the event of any action by SLA to collect any amount not paid when due, Exhibitor agrees to pay or reimburse the costs of collection (including, without limitation, third party collection agency expenses, attorney fees and court costs). Under all circumstances, SLA retains the right to resell any booth space cancelled by Exhibitor, or not paid when due. Payments made to SLA are non-transferable, and cannot be used for payment towards other SLA products, services, or future exhibitions. SLA may cancel the Exhibition for any or no reason whatsoever. In such event, SLA shall attempt to notify Exhibitor as much in advance as reasonably possible, and SLA shall refund Exhibi- tor amounts paid to SLA by Exhibitor, less a pro-rata portion of expenses actually incurred by SLA in connection with the Exhibition or such cancellation. Contracts submitted prior to Monday, March 14, 2016 must include a 50% deposit. Contracts sub- mitted after Monday, March 14, 2016 must in- clude 100% payment. If you pay by check it must be received by SLA HQ within two weeks of submitting your contract. You will be e-mailed a confirmation and invoice of your confirmed exhibit space. Less $100 administrative fee for all cancellations and/or changes made to your booth space but not limited to reduction of booth space, increase of booth space or change of booth location. All booth payments must be paid in full by Monday, March 14, 2016.

In the event that SAE cancels this event, or you need to withdraw participation, SAE will provide a full refund less the cost of any physical materials produced prior to receiving such cancellation notice for exhibitors and sponsors. Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Bank in writing, or by cable or telephone confirmed in writing.
