Booth Location. Booth locations can be viewed on the Show website xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. List only 1 or 2 perimeter/corner booth requests. We have limited perimeter/corner booths and need to know your preference for an inside booth. Sponsors and those with larger booths (4,6 booths) will be given preference to their location.
Booth Location. See exhibitor floor plans and indicate first second and third choices for booth location, plus any preferences or special requests. Booth Location. The Executive Director or designate reserves the right to allocate booth locations. Assignments will be made based on several factors including but not limited to: sponsorship; the date of receipt of the signed contract and $500 deposit; and vendor preferences to the extent possible. Booth allocations cannot be made until all booth fees have been paid in full. Please note that our sponsors do enjoy preferential booth allocations. If you wish to be a sponsor of Quilt Canada 2022, you are most welcome to contact the CQA/ACC Executive Director at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. This will also give you more advertising and promotion opportunities for your business.
Booth Location. Booth assignment and the location and arrangement of booths on the grounds are at the sole discretion of the Strawberry Festival Association. NOTE- Because of our festival layout, most of the booths will not be accessible by vehicles due to narrow aisles. It is your responsibility to bring a hand truck or cart to transport your merchandise. We do not provide these or this service.

Booth Location. All vendor locations are placed at the express discretion of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Fair board and its directors. Every attempt will be made to keep returning vendors in the same location as prior years; if it is determined a move must occur the returning vendor will be consulted on the matter.
