Canceling Xxxx Payments. In order to cancel a xxxx payment, follow the “how to” directions provided in Xxxx Pay. The cancel feature is found in the Payment Center and you may cancel a xxxx payment by selecting “Cancel Payment”. You may also request to cancel a future scheduled or recurring transfer by calling us at 678‐385‐0800. Future‐dated or recurring payments can be canceled during normal business hours, at least one business day prior to the scheduled delivery date. Once a payment has begun processing, it cannot be canceled. If a check has been issued for your xxxx payment, any stop payment provisions that apply to checks in the agreement governing your xxxx pay funding account will also apply to Xxxx Pay.
