Canceling Xxxx Payments. If you make a mistake or decide to cancel a payment order you have entered in our system, you can cancel it on the same day by sending us a cancellation request prior to our then-current cutoff hour for such requests.

You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and reimburse us for all expenses, losses, claims, actions, proceedings and damages we incur in effecting or attempting to effect any reversal. You are solely responsible for providing notice to the receiver/beneficiary that a reversal is being transmitted and the reason for the reversal no later than the settlement date of the reversing entry. Our Rejection of Transactions. We may refuse any transfer or payment instruction without cause or prior notice because it violates our KYC-AML-CFT and/or any Risk Assessing Procedure. 14
Canceling Xxxx Payments. In order to cancel a xxxx payment, follow the “how to” directions provided in Xxxx Pay. The cancel feature is found in the Payment Center and you may cancel a xxxx payment by selecting “Cancel Payment”. You may also request to cancel a future scheduled or recurring transfer by calling us at 678‐385‐0800. Future‐dated or recurring payments can be canceled during normal business hours, at least one business day prior to the scheduled delivery date. Once a payment has begun processing, it cannot be canceled. If a check has been issued for your xxxx payment, any stop payment provisions that apply to checks in the agreement governing your xxxx pay funding account will also apply to Xxxx Pay.

However, to do so, you must provide instruction to cancel at least one business day before the date the transaction is scheduled to be processed. If your instruction to cancel a transaction is not received before that time, the transaction will be processed.
