Business Automobile Policy. 1. Policy shall include coverage at least as broad as set forth in the liability section of Insurance Services Office Business Auto Coverage (CA 00 01) with policy limits of no less than $1 million dollars combined single limit for each occurrence. Said insurance shall include coverage for owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles. Policy shall be endorsed with the following specific language or contain equivalent language in the policy:

Business Automobile Policy. Shall have minimum limits of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. This shall include Owned Vehicles, Hired and Non- owned Vehicles, and Employees Non-Ownership and be based on occurrence basis.

In the event that the Contractor will not utilize owned/leased automobiles but intends to require employees, trainees or other agents to utilize their own automobiles in performance of this agreement, Contractor will secure and maintain on file from all such employees, trainees or agents a self-certification of automobile insurance coverage.   • Automobile Insurance Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance insuring bodily injury and property damage arising from all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, if any, with minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit, per accident.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage
