Claims Made Policies. If any of the required policies provide coverage on a claims-made basis:
Claims Made Policies. If coverage is underwritten on a claims-made basis, the retroactive date for the policy and all renewals shall be coincident with the date of the Agreement and the certificate of insurance shall state that the coverage is claims-made and the retroactive date. Any premiums for this extended reporting period shall be paid by PSP.
Claims Made Policies. If any of the required policies provide claims-made coverage, the coverage shall be maintained for a period of five years after completion of the contract. Consultant may satisfy this requirement by renewal of existing coverage or purchase of either prior acts or tail coverage applicable to said five-year period.
Claims Made Policies. The following provisions shall apply to all policies that provide coverage on a claims-made basis: (A) the retroactive date must be shown and must be before the date on which any Services under this Agreement commence; (B) the insurance must be maintained and evidence of insurance must be provided for at least five (5) years after completion of the Project; and (C) if coverage is canceled or not renewed and is not replaced with another claims-made policy with a retroactive date prior to the date on which any Services under this Agreement commence, Consultant must purchase “extended reporting” coverage for a minimum of five (5) years after completion of Project.

Claims-Made Insurance must be maintained and evidence of insurance must be provided for at least five (5) years after completion of the contract of work. If coverage is canceled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims-made policy form with a Retroactive Date prior to the contract effective date, the Consultant must purchase “extended reporting” coverage for a minimum of five (5) years after completion of contract work.
Claims Made Policies. Contractor shall extend any claims-made insurance policy for at least six (6) years after termination or final payment under the Agreement, whichever is later.
Claims Made Policies. If General Liability, Contractors Pollution Liability and/or Asbestos Pollution Liability coverages are written on a claims-made form:
Claims Made Policies. If Tenant obtains and maintains the commercial general liability coverage and/or professional liability coverage described in Sections 8.1.5 and 8.1.6 above on a “claims-made” basis, Tenant shall provide continuous liability coverage for claims arising during the Term and providing for an extended reporting period reasonably acceptable to Landlord for a minimum of two (2) years after expiration of the Term. If such policy is canceled or not renewed for any reason whatsoever, Tenant must provide evidence of a replacement policy reflecting coverage with retroactive coverage back to the commencement date of the term and maintain such coverage for a period of at least two (2) years beyond the expiration of the Term or Tenant must obtain tail coverage for the length of the remaining term plus at least two (2) years beyond the expiration of the Term.
Claims Made Policies. Should any of the required insurance be provided under a claims-made form, Licensee shall maintain such coverage continuously throughout the Term and, without lapse, for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Master License, to the effect that, should occurrences during the Term give rise to Claims made after expiration or termination of this Master License, such Claims shall be covered by such claims-made policies.
