Coverage must be Sample Clauses

The "Coverage must be" clause defines the minimum requirements or standards that an insurance policy or contractual coverage must meet. In practice, this clause specifies the types of risks, events, or losses that must be included under the coverage, such as property damage, liability, or specific perils. By setting these baseline requirements, the clause ensures that the parties are adequately protected and that the coverage provided is sufficient to address foreseeable risks, thereby preventing gaps in protection and reducing disputes over insufficient coverage.
Coverage must be maintained during the full term of this Agreement. If there is a cancellation of or change to the policy submitted as proof of coverage, it is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to insure it or the Insurance carrier, notifies the City at least thirty (30) days before expiration of or any changes to the policy.

Coverage must be written on an occurrence and, shall be maintained without interruption from date of commencement of the Subcontractor’s Work until date of final payment and termination of any coverage required to be maintained after final payment to the Subcontractor.
