Bundled Residential Service. Subject to the terms and limitations in this Agreement and payment of applicable taxes fand fees, purchase of certain Valley Fiber Equipment includes the capability to make calls within Canada using the Equipment subject to acceptable residential usage limitations (see the Residential Service Acceptable Use Policy). Bundled Residential Service may require you to agree to receive and pay for, in advance on a monthly basis, a minimum initial term of one or more Other Service(s). Once the minimum initial term has expired, you have the option to cancel the Other Service(s) and continue with Basic Residential Service. Any and all references on Valley Fiber packaging, in sponsored advertising, on the Valley Fiber website, in third party marketing materials and/or in any other context or location that refer to the provision of “free” calling and/or “service for life” and/or “unlimited” service and/or ”free home phone service” shall be narrowly construed as providing the customer with the ability to make calls within Canada within reasonable limits up to the life of the equipment, and are subject to the requirements of the minimum initial term, acceptable residential usage limitations and the terms and limitations of this Agreement including those pertaining the Service Charges, Billing and Payment set forth in Section 11 of this Agreement. These calls will be routed using the Internet Protocol over your High- Speed Internet connection.

Bundled Residential Service may require you to agree to receive and pay for, in advance on a monthly basis, a minimum initial term of one or more Other Service(s). Once the minimum initial term has expired, you have the option to cancel the Other Service(s) and continue with Basic Residential Service.   • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Essential Services For purposes of service restoral, Embarq shall designate a CLEC access line as an Essential Service Line (ESL) at Parity with Embarq’s treatment of its own end users and applicable state law or regulation, if any.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Contracted Services Subject only to the provisions contained in the Letter of Understanding which is appended to, and which forms a part of this Agreement, the Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, performed by anyone on behalf of, or at the instance of the Employer, directly or indirectly under contract or subcontract, shall be performed by employees who are members of the Union, or who shall become members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • TRIAL SERVICE Section 1. Each employee appointed to a position in the bargaining unit by initial appointment or promotion shall, with each appointment, serve a trial service period.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
