Taxes and Fees definition

Taxes and Fees shall be construed so as to include any tax, fee, tariff or other charges of similar nature (including, without limitation, any penalty or interest payable in connection with any failure to pay or any delay in paying any of the same).
Taxes and Fees shall be interpreted as a charge of any tax, fee, tariff, or other charges of equivalent nature (including, but not limited to, any fine or interest relating to the taxes and fees that are not paid or delayed).
Taxes and Fees means any fees, taxes or other charges arising in any jurisdiction imposed on or incident to the provision, sale or use of Service, including value added, sales, use, gross receipts, excise, franchise, public utility or other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges (including universal service, 911 and other regulatory fees and surcharges), municipal telecom fees, multi-channel video fee, federal access line charges, and certain recovery fees, whether imposed on or by Company.

  • If the tax exemption documentation is not provided or not valid, Crave reserves the right to charge applicable Taxes and Fees to you.

  • If you are exempt from any Taxes and Fees, you will provide Crave with all appropriate tax exemption certificates, and/or other documentation satisfactory to the applicable taxing authorities, to substantiate such exemption status.

  • Customer is responsible for Taxes, and Fees are exclusive of all Taxes.

  • Crave, in its sole discretion, will (i) calculate the amount of Taxes and Fees due, and (ii) change such amounts without notice to you.


More Definitions of Taxes and Fees

Taxes and Fees means all applicable sales, use, value-added or regulatory taxes, fees, duties, charges, surcharges or assessments levied on the provision of Services to Customer (exclusive of any income tax imposed on Zoom).

Taxes and Fees means any and all applicable taxes (including but not limited to income tax, deed tax, stamp duty, business tax) imposed by the PRC tax authorities, industrial and commercial administrations or financial departments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, or paid by the obligatory payer to such authorities, fees and expenses (including but not limited to fees, expenses and actual expenditure of hiring any lawyer and/or accountant).
