BASIC SALARY AGREEMENT. [Per TA signed 04/09/19] The basic salary schedules for all unit members are made a part of this agreement. For 2019-20 and effective July 1, 2019, all 2018-2019 salary schedules shall be increased as an on-going "across the board" increase equal to the state-funded Cost-of-Living-Adjustment ("COLA") received by the District plus 1.3%. For 2020-21 and effective July 1, 2020, all 2019-2020 salary schedules shall be increased as an on-going "across the board" increase equal to the state-funded Cost-of-Living-Adjustment ("COLA") received by the District plus 1.3%. For 2021-22 and effective July 1, 2021, all 2020--2021 salary schedules shall be increased as an on- going "across the board" increase equal to the state-funded Cost-of-Living-Adjustment ("COLA") received by the District plus 1.3%.

  • Basic Salary (a) During the Employment the Company shall pay the Executive a Basic Salary of not less than £415,000 per annum.   • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.

  • Effective Date of Benefits Your coverage will become effective on your date of eligibility, provided you are actively at work on a full time basis. If you are not actively at work on the date insurance would normally commence, coverage will begin on your return to work full time for full pay.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board. Executive's annual rate of base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary."
