Placement Schedule Sample Clauses

A Placement Schedule clause defines the timeline and sequence for the delivery or installation of goods, services, or personnel under a contract. It typically outlines specific dates, milestones, or phases by which certain tasks or deliverables must be completed, and may include provisions for adjustments in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of when obligations are to be fulfilled, thereby facilitating project management and reducing the risk of disputes over timing.
