Placement Schedule. A. The placement schedule shall be in accordance with the attached Appendix
A. All employees covered by this agreement shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of this Appendix.
B. With respect to the salary advancement as set forth in the placement schedule, a teacher must teach for at least one (1) full semester in the district to be qualified for an increase.
