These procedures shall allow for protection of encryption keys (if applicable) as well as a document media destruction strategy including media management tasks (i.e., offsite vaulting and librarian duties).

These procedures shall allow for protection of encryption keys (if applicable) as well as a document media destruction strategy including media management tasks (i.e., offsite vaulting and librarian duties). 15 Staff Verification For any employee a vendor contemplates using to provide services for the County, the vendor shall use its standard employment criteria as used for similar services provided to other customers in evaluating the suitability of that employee for such roles. At a minimum, subject to the requirements of applicable law, such criteria must include the information as outlined below for each employee:
Backup and Restore i. All customer data stored and processed by the Services shall undergo backup processes to ensure recoverability from incidents which impact security or availability. Backup data shall be created on a frequency targeted to meet the indicated RTO and RPO.

To the extent within its control, Customer is responsible for adopting reasonable measures to limit the effect of such problems, including (a) backing up data that is generated or stored through the Subscription Service and adopting procedures to ensure the accuracy of input data; (b) examining and confirming results prior to use; and (c) adopting procedures to identify and correct errors and omissions, replace lost or damaged media, and reconstruct data. In the event of termination or expiration of this Agreement or disconnection of the Subscription Service, Modjoul will delete any files, programs, data or messages associated with Customer’s account.
Backup and Restore. Komo will perform backups of Customer Data stored on the Komo Platform every twenty four hours. Komo will assist the Customer in recovering and restoring Customer Data to the Komo Platform. If the Customer requires restoration services more than twice in any three month period, and other than as a result of a Komo Platform non- conformance, then Komo may charge for recovery and restoration services at Komo’s applicable rates, or such other rates as may be agreed in writing with the Customer. Recovery and restoration services are not available for Free Trial Customers.
Backup and Restore. Policy-based backups should be performed and maintained. Restore procedures should be in place and tested. IT best practices should be followed to allow operations to be restored in the event of a machine failure or a catastrophic event.
