Application Programs means the computer software programs and modules delivered to Client by ADP as part of the Services but excludes pre-packaged third party software and custom programs developed by ADP for Client.

Application Programs means the computer software programs and related documentation, including any updates, modifications or enhancements thereto, that are either delivered or made accessible to Client through a hosted environment by TotalSource in connection with the Services. Client acknowledges and agrees that TotalSource’s Services are not intended to be and will not be relied upon by Client as either legal, financial, insurance or tax advice. TotalSource is not, and will not be, Client’s record keeper. Accordingly Client will maintain such records as Client is otherwise required to maintain in the ordinary course of business. TotalSource shall not be responsible for providing Services as it relates to Client’s guests, invitees, independent contractors or other third parties and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of Client’s guests, invitees, independent contractors or other third parties. Unless otherwise agreed to, Client agrees that the Services will be utilized by Client solely in the United States. Client understands and agrees that only Users are permitted to access and use Application Programs (and that access by Unauthorized Third Parties is not permitted) and will reasonably cooperate with TotalSource to limit access to such persons. "User” means any single natural person who, subject to the terms of this Agreement, is a Worksite Employee of Client, owner, or external administrator authorized by Client to use, access or receive the Services.

Examples of Application Programs in a sentence

• If Client fails to install any such media within 45 days of its receipt from BISYS, BISYS shall have no further obligation to provide Client with improvements, enhancements, modifications or updates to such Application Programs.

• The ADP Application Programs do not include any Client-specific customizations unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

• ADP will make available to Client, at no additional cost, software improvements, enhancements, or updates to any ADP Application Programs that are included in the Services (collectively “Improvements”) if and as they are made generally available by ADP at no additional cost to ADP’s other clients using the same ADP Application Programs as Client and receiving the same Services as Client.

• A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license is being granted to Client to use, during the term of this Agreement, any applications software programs included in the BISYS Products (the "Application Programs") which are delivered to Client as part of the Services solely for Client's own business usage.

• All Improvements provided under this Section 5.4 shall be considered part of the ADP Application Programs.

More Definitions of Application Programs

Application Programs means the Software Product(s) modified by DPS pursuant to a Statement of Works.

Application Programs means the software application programs including content or data owned or licensed by VAR from third parties, which is developed by the VAR with the use of the Development Software and which executes the Run-Time Software for the purposes described in the Product Addendum (see Section 8 of this Amendment 4, below). Development Software means the portion of the Product which must be incorporated in the Application Programs to execute the search, retrieval and other functionality of the Product. "Development Software" means the tools and other portions of the Product (including, without limitation, LIBVDL(#).LIB and LIBVDL(#).a code) which are used to incorporate the Run-Time Software in the Application Programs and enable the Run-Time Software to provide search, retrieval and other functionality within the Application Programs."

Application Programs means Emony's software application, mainly comprised of a server software that runs on the distributors server machine, and a client software application that is running on the distributor's customers' machines.

Application Programs means the software programs that VAR develops using the Programs in accordance with the Documentation.

Application Programs means the Program(s) set out in the Order Documents being Programs designated as application software by FLS;

Application Programs means any application programs included in the Network Products, which are delivered to Participant as part of the Services.

Application Programs means Customer's software application designated in an applicable Order Form.
