AVAILABILITY OF ACH TRANSFERS. Funds from ACH Transfers received from another bank or financial institution will generally be available on the same business day the deposit is deemed to be received by us. Electronic transfers depositing into the Account initiated through the Mobile App or Website may take up to five (5) business days from the date of the initial request but will post on the payment date of the deposit once the money has reached the Bank and/or Platform. The Bank reserves the right to restrict access to, or reject, and ACH transfer that the Bank believes is involved in illegal activity. ELECTRONIC ACH SAME DAY AVAILABILITY. Funds received from preauthorized electronic payments such as payroll direct deposits, or other preauthorized electronic payments will be available on the day the deposit is applied to your Account. ACH Credits received from an external bank account will be applied to the Account when Bank has verified the external account and received payment on collected funds. Once the funds are applied to the Account, they will have same day availability. TRANSACTION POSTING ORDER. Bank reserves the right to decide the order of the items Bank will pay and which items will be returned (if any). Bank’s posting order may not be the same as the order in which you conducted a transaction and could result in overdraft fees, if you do not have available funds at the time the item is paid. Generally, Bank posts the following three transaction types (to the extent applicable to your account) after the close of each business day in the following order: • Deposits Bank receives before the daily cut-off time will be posted before any withdrawals. (Refer to Bank’s cut-off Time and/or Funds Availability section for cut-off time description.) • Your non-check withdrawals will be posted in date/time order, based on the date and time associated with each transaction. A date and time (if one is available) will be assigned to each transaction based on one of the following: (1) when the transaction was preauthorized (for example a debit card or ATM transaction was approved); or (2) when the transaction was processed by Bank (for example an ACH, or bill pay transaction for which there is no pre-authorization). • If check payments are supported by the Platform, your checks will be posted in check number order, starting with the lowest number. (For example: on Monday Bank may receive and post check # 107; on Tuesday Bank may receive check # 102 and # 105, and those would be posted on Tu...

AVAILABILITY OF ACH TRANSFERS. Funds received by ACH Transfer initiated through Apple Wallet from a linked external account will generally be available 5 Business Days after you initiate the ACH Transfer, but may be available earlier. Funds received by ACH Transfer initiated from an external account to your Account will generally be available on the Business Day we post the deposit. AVAILABILITY OF APPLE CASH TRANSFERS Funds received by Apple Cash Transfer will typically be available the same calendar day you initiated the Apple Cash Transfer. AVAILABILITY OF CHECK DEPOSITS Accepted checks will be subject to the funds availability timelines outlined in this Availability of Check Deposits section.
AVAILABILITY OF ACH TRANSFERS. Generally, ACH deposits originating from SoFi will be available the third business day after the day of deposit. A portion of the deposit may be made available earlier. ACH Deposits that are initiated through another bank will generally be available on the next business day after the day the ACH Transfer is deemed to be received by SoFi but may be available earlier. An ACH is deemed to be received by SoFi when SoFi has received both payment in actually and finally collected funds. Direct deposits, as defined by SoFi, will be available on the day we receive notification of the deposit from the Federal Reserve, employer or payee, which is often up to two days before the scheduled payment date but may vary. Please note that if your initial deposit to your SoFi Bank Account is an ACH transfer from a linked account at another financial institution that you own or from which you have the legal authority to transfer funds, SoFi Bank reserves the right to place a hold on such transfer or to return the payment to the sending institution.

  • Availability of Funds Unless Administrative Agent shall have been notified by any Lender prior to the applicable Credit Date that such Lender does not intend to make available to Administrative Agent the amount of such Lender’s Loan requested on such Credit Date, Administrative Agent may assume that such Lender has made such amount available to Administrative Agent on such Credit Date and Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion, but shall not be obligated to, make available to Borrower a corresponding amount on such Credit Date. If such corresponding amount is not in fact made available to Administrative Agent by such Lender, Administrative Agent shall be entitled to recover such corresponding amount on demand from such Lender together with interest thereon, for each day from such Credit Date until the date such amount is paid to Administrative Agent, at the customary rate set by Administrative Agent for the correction of errors among banks for three Business Days and thereafter at the Base Rate. If such Lender does not pay such corresponding amount forthwith upon Administrative Agent’s demand therefor, Administrative Agent shall promptly notify Borrower and Borrower shall immediately pay such corresponding amount to Administrative Agent together with interest thereon, for each day from such Credit Date until the date such amount is paid to Administrative Agent, at the rate payable hereunder for Base Rate Loans for such Class of Loans. Nothing in this Section 2.5(b) shall be deemed to relieve any Lender from its obligation to fulfill its Term Loan Commitments and Revolving Commitments hereunder or to prejudice any rights that Borrower may have against any Lender as a result of any default by such Lender hereunder.

  • AVAILABILITY OF AGREEMENT The employer must ensure that copies of this Agreement and the NES are available to all employees to whom they apply, such as on a notice board which is conveniently located at or near the workplace or through electronic means, whichever makes them more accessible.   • Non-Availability of Funds Every payment obligation of the State under this Charter is conditioned upon the availability of funds continuing to be appropriated or allocated for the payment of such obligations. If funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of this Charter, the Commission may terminate this Charter at the end of the period for which funds are available. No liability shall accrue to the Commission, nor the State, or any of its subdivisions, departments or divisions, in the event this provision is exercised, and neither the Commission nor the State shall be obligated or liable for any future payments or for any damages as a result of termination under this paragraph.

  • Availability of Records Consultant shall maintain the records supporting this billing for not less than three years following completion of the work under this Agreement.   • Availability of State Funds The State of Florida’s performance and obligation to pay under this Agreement are contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Florida Legislature.   • Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. The length of delay varies depending on the type and manner of deposit. For determining the availability of funds deposited to your Accounts, for purposes of the Funds Availability Policy, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. All times provided below are Pacific Time. If you make a deposit directly to a teller on a business day while we are open for business (generally 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.), that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center before 4 p.m., that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center after 4 p.m., the next business day will be the day of your deposit. If you make a deposit at a BECU-owned ATM (displaying our “BECU” logo) or to a teller at a shared branch location before 3 p.m. on a business day, that day will be the day of your deposit. If you make your deposit after 3 p.m. or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of your deposit. If you make a deposit at a drop box, a non-BECU-owned ATM, or by mailing it to us through the United States Postal Service (USPS), the day of the deposit will be the business day we process your deposit in our processing center. If you make an Online Deposit or Mobile Deposit before 7 p.m. on a business day, that day will be the day ofyour deposit. If you make your deposit after 7 p.m. on a business day, or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of or your deposit. Any deposited check, cashier’s check, draft, or money order that is drawn on a bank outside of the U.S or is issued in any currency other than U.S. dollars (Foreign Item) is exempt from this Funds Availability Policy. Availability of funds from deposited Foreign Items will be delayed for the time it takes us to collect the funds from the paying financial institution and may take anywhere from several weeks to several months before such deposits will be made available to you.

  • Availability of Service We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available for your use on a continuous basis. The Service may be unavailable for short periods of time for regular or emergency system maintenance. We will endeavor to have our scheduled maintenance occur during non-peak hours. In addition, accessibility to the Service may be interrupted because of conditions beyond our control, including outages in Internet, cellular or other communications availability. We will use diligent efforts to re-establish the Services as promptly as possible. We do not promise the Service will always be available for your use. We may elect to discontinue this Service at any time. If we choose to discontinue the Service, we will provide you with reasonable notice in advance of that fact. We reserve the right at all times to take actions to protect our systems and information, including denial of access to users of the Service.

  • Availability of Books and Records Business Associate agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from Covered Entity, or created or received, maintained or transmitted on behalf of Covered Entity, available to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining the Covered Entity and Business Associate's compliance with the HIPAA Standards. Business Associate promptly shall provide to Covered Entity a copy of any documentation that Business Associate provides to the Secretary.
