Employee shall be paid a minimum monthly automobile allowance of $4,200 and shall be reimbursed for all fees, tags, insurance premiums and fuel and maintenance expenses regarding such automobile. Reimbursement of such insurance premiums during the term of this Agreement shall be made on or before the last day of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the premiums are due, and such reimbursement during a calendar year shall not affect the premiums eligible for reimbursement in any other calendar year.

Automobile and Related Expenses. Dearborn shall lease an automobile for the exclusive use of Whiston during the term of this Contract costing up to $500 per month. Dearborn shall pay the cost for the gas, license and mechanical maintenance of such vehicle and shall maintain in force customary insurance. Periodic cleaning shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent. When possible, all mechanical maintenance shall be performed at the School District's service facility. The vehicle may be used by Whiston for both business and personal travel, subject to Xxxxxxx'x making appropriate reports for tax purposes to the Business Office of the School District and declaring the value of personal use on his Michigan and U.S. Income Tax returns. Upon termination of this Contract, Whiston shall promptly return the vehicle to the School District's service facility.
Automobile and Related Expenses. The Board will provide the Interim President with a suitable leased automobile for his use in performing his duties on behalf of Prairie State College, and will provide payment for necessary maintenance, operation and insurance costs incurred in the use and maintenance of said automobile and Prairie State College business travel, including, but not limited to an automated highway toll device and motor fuel. The Chair of the Board is authorized to approve the specific vehicle lease or purchase on behalf of the Board. The Interim President shall maintain documents substantiating business use of such automobile in District 515 administrative offices. Use of such automobile not substantiated at the end of each calendar year as business use, shall be considered personal use and reported by the Board as taxable compensation using the U.S. Internal Revenue Service then-applicable Standard Mileage Rate.
Automobile and Related Expenses. Administrator shall be required to own or lease and operate an automobile for the purpose of traveling to the various school buildings and facilities of the District, as well as to attend out-of-District conferences within reasonable driving distance and meetings within the course of his duties. The District shall contribute, during the term of this Contract, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) per month to Administrator as full reimbursement for the expenses attendant to such obligations, including but not limited to mileage, depreciation, and maintenance expenses or lease charges, automobile liability insurance, fees, and taxes.
