Authorized Users Access to Services. Customer may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement and the restrictions in the Sales Order. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services, and notify Expel promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Customer.
Authorized Users Access to Services. Subscriber may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. If a Subscriber wishes to add additional User IDs, Subscriber may order such additional User IDs at any time by executing a new Order Form detailing the number of additional User IDs. Upon written acceptance by Anitian of the Order Form, Anitian shall make the Service(s) available to the additional Authorized Users. Subscriber shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services, and notify Anitian promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Subscriber.
Authorized Users Access to Services. Customer may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Regent Service as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer will ensure that any such Authorized Users will be bound by a contractual, enforceable agreement, which agreement, will, by its terms, provide substantially the same or greater protections for Regent’s Confidential Information and the Regent Service as are provided by the terms hereof; and provided that Customer shall remain primarily liable to Regent for any violations of such terms by its Authorized Users. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. If Customer wishes to add additional User IDs, Customer may order such additional User IDs at any time by executing a new Order Form detailing the number of additional User IDs. Upon written acceptance by Regent of the Order Form, Regent shall make the Regent Service available to the additional Authorized Users. 3.2

Licensee may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement and the restrictions in the Sales Order. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services, and notify Novacoast promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Licensee.

Subscriber represents and warrants that any Subscriber Content hosted by Company as part of the Services shall not (a) infringe any copyright, trademark, or patent; (b) misappropriate any trade secret; (c) be deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or unlawful; (d) contain any viruses, worms or other malicious computer programming codes intended to damage Company’s system or data; (e) otherwise violate the rights of a third party, including, without limitation, any privacy rights; or (f) violate any applicable law, ordinance, or government regulation applicable to such Subscriber Content. Subscriber agrees that any use of the Services contrary to or in violation of the representations and warranties of Subscriber in this section constitutes unauthorized and improper use of the Services.

Subscriber will be responsible for all actions or omissions of its Authorized Users. Authorized User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Subscriber shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Measurabl Service and shall notify Measurabl promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Subscriber.
Authorized Users Access to Services. Subscriber may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of log-in accounts and passwords, and credentials and Fidelis will not be liable for any activities undertaken by anyone using Subscriber’s log-in accounts, passwords or credentials. Subscriber will immediately notify Fidelis of any unauthorized use of its log-in account, password or credentials or any other breach of security relating to the Services known to Subscriber.
Authorized Users Access to Services. Customer may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by the Agreement. Customer will be responsible for all actions or omissions of its Authorized Users and/or Customer’s end user members. An Authorized User’s user name and password (for Services utilizing authentications) cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Service, and notify Leidos within forty-eight (48) hours of discovery of any such unauthorized use known to Customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it may need certain networking capabilities, bandwidth and hardware to use the Services. Customer is solely responsible for all hardware, software and bandwidth required to reach the Leidos systems to gain access to the Services.
Authorized Users Access to Services. Customer may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the KZO Service as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer will ensure that any such Authorized Users will be bound by a contractual, enforceable agreement, which agreement, will, by its terms, provide substantially the same or greater protections for KZO’s Confidential Information and the KZO Service as are provided by the terms hereof. Customer will only allowed Authorized Users who have been assigned a unique user identification (“User ID”) to access the KZO Services User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User. If Customer wishes to add additional User IDs, Customer may order such additional User IDs at any time by executing a new Order Form detailing the number of additional User IDs. Upon written acceptance by KZO of the Order Form, KZO shall make the KZO Service available to the additional Authorized Users. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the KZO Service, and notify KZO promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Customer.
Authorized Users Access to Services. Only Authorized Users shall be permitted to access and use the features and functions of the Service. Customer will not permit or sanction the sharing of User IDs among Authorized Users. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent the unauthorized access to or use of the Service, and shall notify Distillery Solutions promptly in writing of any known or suspected unauthorized use or misappropriation of User IDs. Customer may add additional User IDs at any time by executing a new Order Form detailing the number of additional User IDs. Upon written acceptance by Distillery Solutions of the Order Form, Distillery Solutions shall make the Service available to the additional Authorized Users.
