Authority Costs. The Authority shall pay for any of its costs incurred related to the collection and remittance of sums due hereunder and administration of its obligations under this Agreement from the Incremental Project Area Property Tax Revenues, collected from the Project Area not required under this Agreement to be included within the Pledged Revenues.
Authority Costs. The Service Authority will contract, via this Agreement, with each individual member, and may undertake actions that are required by law relating to the performance of duties in the removal of abandoned vehicles from public and private property and public roadways and the cost associated with these duties. Any costs incurred in the operation of the Service Authority must be approved by a simple majority vote of the board of directors.
Authority Costs. Redeveloper shall reimburse the Authority (and the City, as applicable) on the date of the execution of this Redevelopment Contract for legal and accounting fees and costs incurred or expected to be incurred in connection with this Redevelopment Contract and the issuance of the Indebtedness.
Authority Costs. The Developer agrees that it will pay the Authority’s out of pocket costs incurred in connection with the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and all related documents and the implementation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Such costs will be due and payable from time to time within ten (10) days written demand by the Authority; provided that the Authority will be responsible for and will pay the first $5,000 of such costs and the Developer will only be responsible for any amounts in excess of such amount.
Authority Costs. Redeveloper shall pay to Authority on the date of execution of this Redevelopment Contract, the sum of $1,000.00 to reimburse the Authority for its fees incurred in connection with this Redevelopment Contract.
Authority Costs. Payment of Authority costs then due pursuant to Section 8.8 and the AUAR Agreement.
Authority Costs. Redeveloper shall pay, on the date of execution by Redeveloper of this Agreement, legal fees and costs of study in the amount of $80,000 incurred by the Authority for special counsel in connection with this Redevelopment Contract and the issuance of the TIF Indebtedness, and shall timely pay all fees and costs of the Authority in connection with the Bonds and all fees and costs of any trustee, paying agent or registrar with respect thereto.
Authority Costs. Redeveloper shall reimburse the Village, on the date of execution of this Redevelopment Contract for legal fees and costs then due, and again upon the issuance of TIF Indebtedness, for legal fees and costs incurred by the Village in connection with this Redevelopment Contract. Redeveloper shall also timely pay all fees and costs of the Authority in connection with the issuance of the Bonds and all fees and costs of any trustee, paying agent or registrar with respect thereto.
