Attendance at Grievance Meeting. (a) A griever who is required to be in attendance during Steps One and Two of the grievance procedure shall not suffer loss of pay, sick leave credits, benefits, seniority nor credit for teaching experience, provided the time involved interrupts a scheduled teaching assignment or a call to teach at the time of the grievance meeting.
