Approved Facility. Pacira will perform (or procure the performance of) the Manufacturing Services at the Approved Facilities or, if applicable, the Backup Facility.
Approved Facility. As of the Effective Date, the Approved Facility conforms in all respects to all Applicable Laws governing the Approved Facility.
Approved Facility. For business based in the United States and Canada, MODUS MEDIA will utilize a U.S. based facility or facilities (herein "Approved Facility") for delivery of Services for the Statement of Work. The Facility will be equipped with telephone systems, computer systems, and various MODUS MEDIA support tools, such as documentation and knowledge bases, to be used in the delivery of Services.
Approved Facility. Supplier will manufacture, package, test, label, and store the Product only at the facility or facilities ISO 13485 registered at Supplier’s Wisconsin and Costa Rica facilities and will not transfer any of such operations for the Product to third parties or other sites or facilities, other than the suppliers listed in their Quality Management System registration without the prior written agreement of IdentifySensors. Supplier must submit any proposed changes to IdentifySensors using IdentifySensors’ Supplier Change Request Form (“SCR”) at least ninety (90) days prior to the proposed change effective date. IdentifySensors reserves the right to audit the new facility/additional facility/third party to ensure it meets IdentifySensors’ compliance requirements.
Approved Facility. The term “Approved Facility” means the facilities of ExcelStor Great Wall Information Products (Shenzhen) Ltd. and any additional ExcelStor facility that is approved in writing by Satcon for the manufacturing of Products under this Agreement.
