Refinancing Facilities definition

Refinancing Facilities has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Refinancing Facilities shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

Examples of Refinancing Facilities in a sentence

  • Refinancing Facilities may be secured on a pari passu or junior lien basis to the remaining Obligations or unsecured.
